Located in the very very nice zone, it was an excellent base for a couple of nights. The room was beautifully maintained, the bed was comfortable and there was a clean bathroom. Having iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a cable TV was very convenient. The location of the hotel was particularly good and stunning - within a close distance from a large marketplace. During my recent transit in Ho Chi Minh City, I had the pleasure of staying at Guest House Uttrang. As someone who travels frequently, I appreciate the convenience of this accommodation being located just 7 km away from the nearest airport. It made my journey seamless and stress-free. the guest house itself offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, providing a cozy atmosphere for a short layover.

The only minor downside I experienced during my stay at Guest House Uttrang was the temperature of the hot water. While it wasn't as hot as I would have preferred, it was still warm enough to be comfortable.

The unit we got was beautifully maintained and large with clean bathroom, A/C plus a kettle. The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning in an alley where locals live.

I recently stayed at Guest House Uttrang for a short visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, even carrying my luggage to the second floor as there is no elevator. The room was small but had everything I needed, including a comfy mattress and a clean bathroom. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The walls were soundproof, making the room quiet despite the busy neighborhood. The Wi-Fi worked well and there were metal grids on the windows for added security.
